PERGAMON TOUR - ACROPOLİS – ASCLEPION – RED HILL

PERGAMON is one of the finest archaeological sites in Turkey. The city was a great center of culture and capital of East-Roman-Empire. On the ACROPOLIS there are numerous remains including the celebrated Library, the steepest Theatre of Anatolia, the Temples of Trajan and Dionysos, the place of the monumental Altar of Zeus famous with the releif of God and Devils, the Sanctuary of Demeter, the Gymnasium situated on terraces, the lower Agora.

After the visit of Acropolis , you will visit see the ‘’Red Basilica’’ in Bergama.The "Red Basilica", also called variously the Red Hall and Red Courtyard, is a monumental ruined temple in the ancient city of Pergamon.Today the ruins of the main temple and one of the side rotundas can be visited, while the other side rotunda is still in use as a small mosquethe .
