Today you drive to the ancient city of Sardes or which is called Sardis by Lydians, was the capital of a state with major economic and political power in the 6th and 7th centuries BC .The ancient city of Sardis contains many historical values from Lydians and Romans, under the rule of which it has gotten after Lydians.
The Temple of Artemis, one of Anatolia's seven temples and Sardis Synagogue, which one of the most impotant evidences of the Jewish presence in Western Anatolia in ancient times, which are located in historical conservation area are quite prominent and unique cultural artifacts in respect of ruins of Bath-Gymnasium Complex of the Roman period.
Many typical mausoleums of the ancient age, which are called tumulus and located in Bintepeler territory near Sart which is thought to be the acropolis of Sardis Ancient City, are in this region as an ancient memory of the rich and glorious history of Lydians
Then you continue to Kula ,you’ll visit the old Houses of Kula .
Kula houses are structures in the form of the houses called Turkish Houses that can be seen in many regions which have been under the rule of the Ottoman Empire in the 18th century. They constitute a rich example of Ottoman architecture and decorative arts with architectural arrangements in terms of planning, structure and aesthetic arrangement with the use of techniques such as wood, plaster and pencil works. Kula houses, which are products of an Ottoman architectural tradition that has continued in the 19th century as well, carry the typical Ottoman urban pattern to our day quite successfully.
Then you see Kuladoccia , Volcanic Geopark.This Area was accepted and certificated by UNESCO on 6 September 2013 at 37th UNESCO general conference in Naples. So that Kula Volcanic Geopark joined UNESCO Global Geopark Network. Also this patent became the first geopark of Turkey, 58th geopark in Europe, and 96th geopark in the world.

USAK-ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM- ULUBEY CANYON-BLAUNDUS ANCIENT CITY-ISPARTA 230 KM
Morning you will start to visit the Archaeological Museum of Uşak, where the famous Lydian, or Karun, Treasure has finally come to rest. More than 350 pieces from the tomb of a wealthy 7th-century BC Lydian, possibly King Croesus himself (Karun is Persian for Croesus )
After the visit of the Arcaeological Museum of Usak drive to Ulubey Nature Park and Ulubey Canyon.
The canyon is the second longest in the world after the Grand Canyon in the United States. The park provides suitable habitat for many species of animals and plants and is being developed as a centre for ecotourism.
In 2015, a 135 m2 (1,450 sq ft) glass-floor observation deck in the form of a ship bow, constructed 131 m (430 ft) above the canyon floor, and a cafeteria were opened for tourism purposes.You will have Lunch in this Area
Then you will arrive to the Blaundus ancient city .
Blaundus was a Roman episcopal city in Asia Minor, presently Anatolia (Asian Turkey), and is now a Latin Catholic titular bishopric. The ancient city left ruins at Sülümenli , near Ulubey in Uşak Province of modern Turkey. It was in the Roman province of Lydia.

ISPARTA-THE ANCIENT CITY OF SAGALASSOS -SALDA LAKE – PAMUKKALE 270 KM
Today you visit first the magnificent city of Sagalassos of the Pisidians located at 9000 feet, one of the highest Roman grand cities. The recent excavations have shed light onto some breathtaking colossal sculptures (not visible) and well preserved buildings such as the state agora, fountains, theater, baths, heroon and temples.
Then you’ll see beautiful Salda Lake, which is known as Turkey's Maldives. Salda lake which has the cleanest lake of Turkey is also one of the deepest lakes (184 meters) in Turkey, its natural beauty has been able to protect until today. The nature park of Salda lake has a wonderful combination with white-sanded beach, pine and juniper-covered forests and clear sky blue. The white sands that make Salda lake so attractive resemble the Maldives. Because of that is known as the Maldives in Turkey. You will have the opportunity to walk on the sandy beach and swimm (depending on weather conditions) and have Lunch on the coast of Salda Lake.

PAMUKKALE-HIERAPOLİS ANCIENT CITY -THE ANCIENT CITY OF APHRODISIAS- KUSADASI 260 KM
You start to visit Hierapolis Ancient City and Pamukkale
The surreal, brilliant white travertine terraces and warm, limpid pools of Pamukkale hang, like the petrified cascade of a mighty waterfall, from the rim of a steep valley side inTurkey’s picturesque southwest. Truly spectacular in its own right, the geological phenomenon that is Pamukkale, literally "Cotton Castle" in Turkish, is also the site of the remarkably well-preserved ruins of the Greek-Roman city of Hierapolis. With such a unique combination of natural and man-made wonders it’s little wonder that Pamukkale-Hierapolis has been made a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. With over two million visitors annually, it is also Turkey’s single most visited attraction.
The ancient city of Hierapolis, which is not only our country but also the most important ancient city areas of the world, is located in the UNESCO World Heritage List just like the travertines. The unique antique legacy left by the Kingdom of Bergama was famous for its thermal springs and medicinal properties even in 197 BC, when it was founded.
Hierapolis, which takes its name from the presence of a thermal springs and a cave out of the gas (carbon dioxide) that causes the living creatures approaching to it to die, is "the Holy City". The earthquakes that lived in 133 BC and 60 AD destroyed the city, which was recognized by the temples of the world, but later rebuilt by the Romans.
Hierapolis ancient city ;Known as Hell Gate, Pluto's Gate or Ploutonion, the cave is located near Hierapolis. Animals slaughtered with carbon dioxide gas leaked from the cavern, which was considered the entrance gate of the underground world ruled by God Plouton and his wife Persophone, were sacrificed by the priests.
Then you drive to the ancient city of Aphrodisias.

Aphrodisias was primarily known as a center for the arts, specifically sculpture. The Aphrodisias School of Sculpture had a distinctive style and was very well circulated throughout the Greek and Roman world.
The ruins are numerous and well preserved. A two mile long Byzantine wall still surrounds the city. The Temple of Aphrodite, eventually converted to a Christian basilica, is excellently preserved. The Tetrapylon, the gate which was leading people to their great temple, was re-erected by Kenan Erim, where he's buried in front of it with a special permission of the Government after his death. The Baths of Hadrian are still partially standing. The theatre and the stadium are one of the best preserved in all eastern Mediterranean. The nearby museum contains many beautiful statues and portrait sculpture.
In 2017 Aphrodisias archaeological site has entered into the List of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
You’ll visit the museum of Aphrodisias.Aphrodisias Museum is one of the rare museums where the artifacts unearthed during the excavations of Aphrodisias Ancient City are exhibited and where the Museum and the ruins are intertwined.
Prehistoric artifacts from the Chalcolitic Period,bronze Age early,middle and late periods,Lydian ceramics excavated from these mounds and around the Temple of Aphrodite,archaic,Classical ,Hellenistic period artifacts and ruins Roman,Byzantine and Early Islamic period artifacts found in excavations on site are exhibited.
The Aphrodisias Museum is very rich in terms of the sculptural Works it displays.In this respect,it is an important archeology museum.A different aspect of Aphrodisias sculpture is exhibited in each hall with these Works made by sculptors of Aphrodisias,made of White,blue-gray marbles extracted from the slopes of Baba Mountain .These halls ; the Imperial Hall ,teh Melpomene Hall,the Odeon Hall,the Showcase Exhibition Gallery with the Glazed Window,the Penthesilia Hall and the Goddes Aphrodite Hall,which gave the city its name,as well as the sarcophagi found in the city in the inner garden and courtyard are exhibited.

After breakfast you drive first to Seferihisar, Sığacık. Sığacık was first Slow City of Turkey .
The little and cute town of Sığacık is proud of being the first Citta Slow in Turkey. It is certainly the right place to taste delicious traditional homemade food in the market of the town. The cozy town of Sığacık is always calm and the narrow streets welcome you to get lost in dignity during the Citta Slow Sığacık tour.
Sigacik, the sea-smelling neighborhood of Izmir Seferihisar, is one of the most beautiful escape routes of the Aegean Region with its historical castle, local producers’ market where handicraft products are sold, cute house pensions inside the castle, restaurants serving delicious seafood, deep blue sea and beaches.
Sigacik Castle, located in the northeast of Sigacik Port, was built by Bright Mustafa Pasha upon the order of Suleiman the Magnificent, who was preparing for the Rhodes campaign (1521-1522). Built as a naval base, this fortress was also used as a customs control center in the past. Stones brought from the ancient city of Teos were also used on the castle walls, which have 3 gates called Kusadasi, Ayasuluk and Sivrihisar.
Teos Ancient City, which gives life to Seferihisar and its surroundings and is the most important stop for traveling in time in the region, is 3 km from Sigacik. The ancient city, whose history goes back to the 2000s BC, is one of the 12 Ionian cities. Being the largest port city of its time, Teos is also known as the city of artists. The fact that the first actor’s union in history was established in Teos in the 3rd century BC strengthens the place of this city in the field of art.

Then continue to İzmir to Kadifekale (Velvet Castle) .Kadifekale ,is a fortress located in the city of İzmir in turkey.The Castle ,which is the acropolis of ancient Smyrna ,is located on Pagos Hill with an altitude of 186 meters overlooking the İzmir Bay.
After the visitof Velvet castle (Kadifekale) drive to Agora.Agora located in Namazgah district of İzmir remained from Rome Period (AD the 2nd century) and it was built according to Hippodamos city plan, on three floors, close to the centre. İzmir agora is the one which is the biggest and best protected of the Ion agoras.
You’ll see Grand Bazaar (Kemeraltı Market) against the Agora.
The Kemeraltı Market .It is an old bazaar that was established back in the 17th century, located along the curve of historic Anafartalar Street. Today, Kemeralti is easily one of the most favorite venues for shopping not only for locals but also for tourists. The plethora of shops offer local handcrafts, jewelry, pottery, clothes as well as many other valuable goods.
Synagogue Street (Havra Sokagi) is a very popular tourist attraction in Kemeraltı , Izmir as it used to be one of the most popular places for locals to buy their fruit, vegetables, meat and other products. While not quite the same, Synagogue is still a very popular market. The name of the street derived from the high volume of synagogues formerly built on the street.
Kizlaragasi Han Bazaar is one of the most popular Izmir attractions. Located in a grand covered pavilion, Kizlaragasi is absolutely fantastic and a must-visit. The market combines the traditional open air Turkish bazaar along with a wide number of shopping selections.
End of the Kemeraltı tour you are going to see the historic Clock Tower,It was designed by M.Raymond Pere and built in 1901 to commemorate the 25th year of the reign of Sultan Abdulhamıd II.The Tower’s green and pink marble columns were brought from Marseilles.
İzmir Clock Tower is a historic clock tower located at the Konak Square in Konak district of İzmir. The tower, at a height of 25 meters, features four fountains, which are placed around the base in a circular pattern, and the columns are inspired by North African themes
Then you will visit Konak (Yalı) Mosque is located in Konak Square. The religious structure was built in the 18th century by Ayse Hanim – the pasha’s daughter. Architecturally, Konak (Yalı) Mosque is a very beautiful octagonal structure composed in a classical ottoman style of stone and bricks. Konak also features some amazing ornaments inside as well as outside, a single dome and a minaret. It is located near Saat Kulesi (Clock Tower), a very popular local attraction.
Now you’ll drive to visit Dario Moreno House.It is the famous home of the well known singer, compositor, and "man of art". The house is located on one of the most beautiful little streets of Izmir (also bears singer's name). It's a classic example of the architecture from the early 20th century and a great tourist destination.
End of the Darıo Moreno Street there is historical Elevator (Turkish ‘’Asansör") is a building in İzmir's Karataş quarter, within the boundaries of the metropolitan district of Konak. It was built in 1907 as a work of public service by a wealthy Jewish banker and trader of that period, Nesim Levi Bayraklıoğlu, in order to ease passage from the narrow coastline of Karataş to the hillside, the elevator within the building serving to carry people and goods through the steep cliff between the two parts of the quarter. You can drink here coffe,tea or some drinks with a view of bay of İzmir.In time, the small street that led to the building also came to be known under the same name, Asansör Street (Asansör Sokağı). In the 1940s, one of the residents of the street was the singer Dario Moreno, who was to attain fame later. It was recently restored and since then, became one of the landmarks of İzmir. The street was renamed Dario Moreno Street in memory of the singer.

After breakfast ,you’ll drive to Selcuk ,first you’ll visit the house of V.Mary. The House of Virgin Mary beautifully situated in the solmissos Mountain and built in II Century,place for pilgrimage . The house of V.Mary is considered by the Vatican to be final resting place of the Virgin Mary.
After the visit the house of V.Mary arrive to Ancient Ephesus, the UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven churches of Apocalypse. walk on the remarkably preserved wide marble streets,flanked by colomns,temples and fountains. We look at all the famous highlights like the Celsus Library,the Odeon magnificent temple of Hadrian, Great Theater for 25000 capacity of spectators which is still used for performances and special events today

Ephesus terrace houses are located on the hill, opposite the Hadrian Temple. Also called as "the houses of rich", important for the reason give us information about family life during the Roman period. They were built according to the Hippodamian plan of the city in which roads transected each other at right angels.
There are six residential units on three terraces at the lower end of the slope of the Bulbul Mountain. The oldest building dates back into the 1C BC and continued in use as residence until the 7C AD.
The restoration of the two of the houses have been finished and can be visited today.

The museum of Ephesus, unlike most of other museums, is not designed according to the chronological order but the galleries are filled with artifacts according to a theme.

Before visiting these galleries, one should not miss the 3D simulation video of ancient Ephesus where visitors can visualize the setting of the ancient city and may have an idea about how the buildings used to look like. The video can be watched in three languages; Turkish, English and German and it lasts 10 minutes. The video room is the first room before the fountain statues gallery.
Some of the most remarkable artifacts in the museum are the Ephesus Artemis statue, Priapos statue, the head of Socrates, the Egyptian priest, the Eros with rabbit and the oldest piece – a stamp- found in Cukurici Mound- dating back to 6200 BC.
Our next stop the Basilica of St.John.This site is the burial place of St.John,the writer of the gospel of the same name and the disciple who brought the Vırgın Mary to Ephesus.Built to the shape of a cross it has six large domes.The Byzantine Emperor Justinian and his wife Theodora had the church built over the site of the grave.In the Byzantine period the entrance in the walls had embossed friezes which showed the pursuit of Achilles and for this reason is known as the ‘’Takip kapısı’’(Pursuit Gate). From the courtyard of the church there is a wonderful panorama of the temple of Artemis İsa Bey Mosque and the Aegean at Pamucak.
